16-Week RIPman Reform

This 16-week body recomposition plan is perfect for beginners, or lifters looking to transform the way their body looks, before going through dramatic bulk/cut phases, and gain a stronger base before starting a bulk/cut. You’ll find that you start off the day with more energy, and less drastic body changes. This program will utilize low progressive overload, high reps, as well as slow and controlled movements, using light/medium resistance and weights. LISS training will be recommended in this plan.

Throughout this 16-week program, you will steadily lose fat, while gaining strength. Your muscles will become far more noticeable, as well as helping you retain your energy, instead of leaving you drained and depleted of nutrients and sleep.
